		<description>Perhaps there can be a similar formular calculating the need for the project meetings in the first place. More often than not, it becomes a routine the majority of people don&#039;t take an active part in, thus adding nothing to the development of the project.</description>

Usually our schedules are cluttered with recurring meetings and the rest of free time is filled with ad-hoc gatherings to deal with some issue.
