At the very onset of a given project, one of the most important tasks tat befalls the project management team and or the project management team leader is to do a careful analysis of exactly what the project is going to entail from a personnel standpoint, how many people they will have to assign to the project, and as a result of the answers to each of those questions, what role they will assign to each individual team member,.
