Influence Diagram

The project management phrase influence diagram refers specifically to a project management tool that can serve an invaluable role to the project management team as well as the project management team leader. The influence diagram refers to a particular tool used by the project team that is comprised of a chart, diagram, or other exclusive graphical representation of a number of situations that depict and display all particular influences on a on the project and or the particular project management activity.
