Risk Review

A risk review is a regular meeting in which the team examines the state of the project’s risks – checking whether known risks have changed, whether responses are working, and whether new risks have appeared. It keeps the risk register current rather than a one-off document.

Reviews may also assess the effectiveness of the overall risk process and capture lessons. Holding them on a steady cadence is what turns risk management from a planning exercise into an ongoing discipline.
