Organizational Process Assets
In regards to the process of effectively managing of projects, it is important that the project management team as well as the project management team leader compile and create an essential and complete listing of organizational process assets. This listing of organizational process assets details a thorough listing of any and all organizational process-oriented assets, from the entirety of the organizations that are involved in any and all elements of the project, particularly and of significance referring to any elements as such that can influence to success of the project one way or another. The types of assets that can fall under this categorical heading include any formal or informal plans that have been derived, as well as any project related policies and procedures.
